As an experienced Mindfulness instructor, Mickie works with a broad range of people facing the everyday challenges of work and life in NYC, creating greater balance and happiness.

These include people facing stress and anxiety in their professional or personal life whether in health care or a corporate environment. She is available for speaking engagements, MBSR, Mindfulness interventions or private sessions to teach you how to be present for “a NY minute”

Stress is omnipresent in New York City so much so that New Yorkers often pride ourselves on the levels of stress we encounter, rather like soldiers going to battle. Each day, as we commute to our jobs, we are subjected to countless stimuli that can either leave our nerves jangling --or not.  This is why Mindfulness has become such a buzz - word not just in NYC but in many environs throughout America. Mindfulness is a resource to navigate the path of working with our stressors in a healthier way. Mindfulness provides the tools to lead a healthier, more peace filled life, amidst the cacophony of our busy metropolis.
